Meet the Designer

Hello! I’m Erin Johnson, the designer behind Gatherings at the Vale.

I created this business because I believe a beautiful celebration should feel both thoughtfully put together and deeply personal. Some hosts have a vision but need help making it work. Others simply want a lovely setting without having to style and install every detail themselves. Gatherings at the Vale offers a service for each.

Through design coordination, I help clients shape their ideas, source decorative elements, and bring those details together on the event day. My more than five years of professional experience in finance and budget optimization also helps me look closely at the numbers, compare options, and make the most of what each client has available to spend.

For those drawn to our signature look, our separate décor service brings cream linens, white blooms, and carefully chosen accents to their celebration. We style and install our pieces, then remove them afterward.

My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and of the heart behind Gatherings at the Vale. It shapes the way I approach this work, with care, integrity, and a desire to serve others well. I believe gatherings should feel warm, personal, and meaningful. Whether I’m helping you build a design or styling a space from our collection, I want the setting to feel worthy of the moments you’ll share within it.
