Design Coordination Service
DESIGN COORDINATION
You may know exactly how you want your celebration to feel, yet need help finding the pieces and people to make it happen. Or you may have a few ideas and need someone to shape them into a cohesive design. Our design coordination service meets you where you are.
We develop or refine your visual concept, then source decorative elements and specialty vendors with your priorities and budget in mind. Founder Erin brings over five years of professional finance and budget optimization experience to this work, comparing options and finding thoughtful ways to put your resources toward the details that will have the greatest impact.
As the event approaches, we track deadlines for design-related vendors, provide payment reminders, and help coordinate any requested changes or cancellations. You contract with and pay your vendors directly. On the event day, we coordinate the placement and installation of the decorative elements in your design so the setting comes together as planned.
Design coordination is a standalone service and does not require you to use our décor collection.
**Service fee for small weddings begin at $750. Custom quotes available upon request.
Signature décor Service
SIGNATURE DÉCOR SERVICE
Created exclusively for micro weddings and elopements, our signature décor service brings a soft, welcoming look to your intimate celebration. Cream linens, white faux blooms, and carefully chosen accents create a beautiful setting without having to gather, style, and set up every piece yourself.
We style your space using pieces from our in-house collection. Your proposal outlines the tables, decorative elements, and areas included, so you know exactly what we will bring. On your wedding day, we install and style our décor, then return to remove it afterward.
Specialty pieces, including our horn arches and backdrops, may be added for an additional charge. This is a standalone service and does not require booking design coordination.
The signature décor package begins at $600 and is available only for micro weddings and elopements. Additional décor requests are quoted separately.

ARCH & BACKDROP RENTALS
Our arches and backdrops are available as standalone rentals for weddings, showers, parties, and other special occasions.
Horn arch pair: $45 per day
Chiara backdrop set with covers: $35 per day
Our Chiara set includes three arches in 6 ft, 6.6 ft, and 7.2 ft heights. Floral styling, custom colors, and coordinated décor may be requested for an additional charge.
