Our standard design and décor service is inclusive of complete tablescape design, floor styling, and chair accents.
When specialty elements are needed, we collaborate with trusted florists and specialty vendors to source décor that supports your overall design. We also coordinate design-related installations on event day, ensuring every element comes together cohesively.
Tablescape design & décor
From the foundation of the table to the finishing details, we create coordinated tablescapes that complement the overall direction of your event.
Tablescape styling may include:

-Napkins and decorative accents

-Candles and tabletop décor
Colors, materials, and specialty pieces are selected according to your custom event design.
Floor styling
Floor styling brings dimension and continuity to areas that might otherwise feel unfinished. Florals, lanterns, candles, vessels, aisle runners, petals, and other decorative accents may be thoughtfully layered along aisles, around the base of tables and backdrops, or throughout focal areas to create a polished, immersive scene.

Chair styling offers another opportunity to carry your event colors and aesthetic throughout the space.
Accents may include fabric draping, ties, decorative bands, florals, and other finishing details selected to coordinate with your overall design.
Structural floral enhancements & backdrops
Available as add-ons to our Event Design & Décor services, our in-house horn arches and backdrop arches provide a beautiful foundation for focal areas throughout your event.
Faux Floral Feature
Our full floral styling is offered exclusively in our signature white bloom design, providing a timeless foundation for a variety of celebrations.
**For a more understated presentation, our horn arches may be styled bare or with thoughtfully placed floral accents in lieu of full floral coverage. This option is offered at a lower investment and can be customized with premium faux blooms.**
Fresh-bloom sculptures may also be available through one of our trusted floral partners. Availability, pricing, design possibilities, and installation are subject to the selected florist’s individual contract and scope of work.
Arch backdrop styling
Our arch backdrops can be styled to create intentional focal points throughout your celebration, from ceremony settings and sweetheart tables to cake displays welcome areas, and photo moments. Each piece is incorporated as part of the overall event design rather than styled as a stand-alone element.
Backdrop fabrics, colors, and specialty styling materials may be sourced through trusted third-party partners to complement your custom design.
